**Reporting To**: Store Manager / Operations Head

**Main Function of the Job**

To manage the **receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials and inventory**, ensuring accuracy, proper stock levels, and smooth functioning of the store operations.

**Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work**
- Receive, inspect, and store **incoming materials, tools, and equipment**.
- Maintain proper **inventory records (manual & digital)** for incoming and outgoing stock.
- Issue materials to departments as per requisitions and **maintain material issuance records**.
- Conduct **daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits** and report discrepancies.
- Ensure **proper tagging, labeling, and storage** of materials to avoid damage or confusion.
- Maintain **reorder levels** and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
- Prepare and submit **GRNs, stock reports, and material movement reports**.
- Ensure **cleanliness, safety, and organization** of the store area.
- Coordinate with the **procurement, accounts, and production teams**.
- Monitor **slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock** and report to management.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Diploma / Graduate** in any discipline (preferably in **Logistics, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management**).
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, ERP software (Tally, SAP, etc.)** is preferred.
- Basic understanding of **inventory control and warehouse procedures**.

**Required Experience**
- **2 to 5 years** of experience in **store or warehouse management** in manufacturing, engineering, or trading industries.
- Experience handling **engineering components, tools, or spares** is preferred.

- Basic understanding of **material handling and safety practices**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
