Overall responsibility to maintain, preserve and look after the material in Stores dept.
Planning despatches with timely coordination with transporter and hand over challan /work order copies
Executing despatches according to packing list
Verify the quantity of the received material as per the orders placed.
Arrange nomenclature to various material boxes, fastners, tools and equipments.
Preparation of GRN, Invoice punching, LR punching and covering letters to parties
Keep Stores dept. well organized and ensure hygiene and housekeeping in the dept.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation as per ISO standards
Performing any other duties as directed by Purchase /Stores Manager
Periodic Physical stock taking (raw material, bought outs, machining components and other equipments) every week /month
