**Job Vacancy for**

**Stores Executive - Material Receipts - MALE CANDIDATE**

Opening for an experienced stores executive for material receipts.

Expected skill set includes - Inventory Monitoring, ERP, FIFO, 5S, Data Entry Skills, MIS Preparation
- Supervise unloading of goods as per invoice receipts from customer.
- Counting of received materials (physical receipt) and GRN in ERP.
- Highlighting Short receipts, excess receipts and reporting discrepancies.
- MIS/ledgers to be maintained and updated daily.
- Maintaining 5S of warehouse and inventory traceability.
- Monitor Non-Moving, Slow Moving items and control receipts accordingly.
- Monthly/Quarterly Physical Inventory verification.
- Support packing and dispatch function with material traceability.
- Be responsive on phone calls with customers.
- Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Collect Delivery Receipts/Acknowledgements/POD for supplied goods.
- Ensure good housekeeping at warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- Good Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management and ERP software
- Ability to accurately unload vehicles and ensure proper counting of goods
- Responsiveness to customer demands and inventory management skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Reliable and trustworthy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chakan, Pune - 410501, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
