**Job Description: Store Executive - Machining Company**

**Position**: Store Executive
**Location**: Nandur, Uruli Kanchan,Pune, SuMax Enterprises Pvt.Ltd.
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Reporting To**: Store/Inventory Manager

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure the availability of required materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Handle inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- **SAP Operations**:

- Use SAP software to update inventory records, generate reports, and manage stock movements.
- Process goods receipts, goods issues, and stock transfers in SAP.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the system.
- **Material Handling**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company standards.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of items to maintain traceability.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation for all inventory transactions, including GRNs, stock issue notes, and stock adjustments.
- Generate regular reports on stock status, consumption, and replenishment needs.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to address inventory requirements.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Maintain the store area in an organized and clean manner.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent damage to materials and ensure workplace safety.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in store/inventory management, preferably in a machining or manufacturing company.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.
- **Education**: Diploma or graduate degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
