**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct **product presentations, demos, and client meetings** to explain the benefits of products/services.
- Develop and maintain **strong relationships** with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to **achieve sales targets**.
- Handle **inbound inquiries**, qualify leads, and convert prospects into clients.

**Sales Strategy & Planning**
- Participate in the **planning and execution of sales strategies** in coordination with the sales manager/team.
- Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports**, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of **marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches**.

**Negotiation & Closing**
- Prepare and deliver **quotes, proposals, and contracts**.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers and close sales effectively.
- Ensure all sales processes are in line with the company’s **pricing, policies, and approval workflows**.

**Customer Service & Support**
- Ensure **post-sales service**, follow-up on client feedback, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally to retain customer trust.
- Work closely with the **support and operations teams** to ensure timely delivery and service quality.

**Market Awareness**
- Keep updated with **market trends, competitor activities**, and product knowledge.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve offerings and strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
