**Job Overview**:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the Director. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring smooth office operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare proposals, agreements, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members for follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client and property data.
- Oversee operational activities such as property listings, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Manage schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or operational roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
