
Administration Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for effectively providing administrative and clerical support to all department managers in the hotel.
This position will be responsible for attending weekly meetings and distributing the minutes, compiling data and analysis. Must have excellent oral and writing communication skills, ability and be flexible to support different leadership styles, familiarity and knowledge of all Hotel amenities and happenings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Performing administrative Tasks
Keep stock of Hotel Amenities & supplies
Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data
Create timely reports and prepare presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
