**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage data collection from multiple project sites across Gujarat, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain detailed and organized records using MS Excel, ensuring all project-related information is up to date.
- Assist in general banking tasks, including deposits, fund transfers, and handling documentation related to financial transactions.
- Coordinate with on-site project managers to gather updates, reports, and other necessary information.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and project sites.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the company's ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A high level of responsibility, sincerity, and dedication.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Familiarity with general banking procedures.
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
