Technical Assistant will be providing both, technical and administrative support for business clients. Apart from assisting clients in their day-to-day activities, He/She perform the following duties:

- Provide constant administration support like answering and transferring calls and providing data entry.
- Resolve customer problems daily.
- Track office inventory like managing vendor contracts, coordinating deliveries and ordering supplies.
- Conduct industry-specific research, organise files and draft supporting documents for conferences and meetings.
- Create reports, maintain records and document paperwork, including inventory logs, delivery records, time sheets and various agreements and contracts.
- Prepare correspondence to delegate technical tasks to other employees.
- Provide efficient assistance to internal and external customers.
- Liaison between different departments to relay business-related information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
