Job Title: Telecaller - Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
Job Summary:
As a Telecaller for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), you will be responsible for reaching out to
potential and existing investors to promote AIF products and services. Your role will involve explaining
investment options, answering queries, and setting up meetings for the Relationship Managers (RMs).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to potential investors to introduce and promote AIF products and
services.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
2. Information Sharing:
- Provide detailed information on AIF investment options, features, and benefits.
- Address investor queries and provide clarity on investment processes.
3. Lead Qualification:
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their investment interests and financial
status.
- Update and maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up actions.
4. Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings or calls between potential investors and Relationship Managers
(RMs).
- Ensure that all meetings are confirmed and attended.
5. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead conversion, and
appointment outcomes.
- Provide feedback on potential improvements to the telecalling strategy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: [1-2] years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in
the financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds and financial markets.
- Prior experience in a telecalling role related to financial products.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
