**Comp.: R&D Value Stream Controlling in an agile surrounding**:
R&D cost tracking, EVA calculation on opportunity level, product cost evaluation

**Comp.: Controlling R&D location Goa**:
Cost center controlling, yearly hourly rate calculation

**World Reporting R&D Cost World for Protection Automation**:
Creating an automated and standardized R&D reporting for the R&D PA locations worldwide.

**Performance Controlling**: Monthly reporting of R&D Cost PA World, Support in Forecasting and Budgeting.

Drive further implementation of reporting for PA locations worldwide.

World Reporting of Capitalization of R&D Opportunities

Define regulations for capitalization for Software and Hardware Opportunities.

Develop an automated reporting for evaluation of capitalization on quarterly.

**World Reporting Invest R&D World**:
Develop a standardized invest reporting for all SI EA R&D locations worldwide.

Support the locations worldwide for CAPEX requests.

**Key Requirements**:
- Education preferably ICWA/CA (Inter), MCOM, MBA Finance
Minimum 4-5 years of controlling work experience.

Strong financial management and reporting experience
Sound understanding of accounting principles.

Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines independently and as part of a global team.

Having an open mindset and rethink the status quo.

Excellent report-writing, communication, digitalization skills e.g. Power BI.
