**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with FMCG products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Order Management**: Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and distribution teams to ensure seamless service to customers.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights on customer feedback, trends, and challenges.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in inside sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of FMCG products and market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of FMCG product lines and customer needs.
