**Job Description-**

minimum 1 year and overall, 3-5 year working experience in Regulatory/Monitoring and Compliances under IBC

To conduct Inspections/Investigations, as directed
- To prepare a report of the Inspection/Investigation(s)/ Monitoring/Compliances as per the Inspection Policy/IBC
- To handle other tasks as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

**Compliance**
- To verify compliance of provisions of the Code, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars and directions issued by the Board in undertaking.
- Inspections/Investigations/Monitoring/Compliances under IBC
- **Department: IIIP of ICAI Noida Se-62**:

- Experience Range= Minimum 1-5years of post qualified experience with good communication skills
- **Key Skills - LLB IBC experience/ CS with IBC experience**:
