Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nehru Place, New Delhi for a Sr. Manager/Manager - Legal. The primary responsibilities include providing legal consultation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and managing legal affairs. The role also involves overseeing legal risk assessments, advising management on legal matters, and coordinating with external legal counsel when required. Qualifications - Proficiency in Law and Legal Consulting with minimum experience of 5 years . - Experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence. - Strong knowledge of RERA and IBC. - Ability to manage Legal Affairs, including legal risk assessments, dispute resolutions, and client or stakeholder communication. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution - Relevant work experience in a real estate legal domain is a plus.
