_**Key Responsibilities Area**:_
- Case study, and retrieving the data of cases for the sake of recovery.
- To update and keep track of MIS in respective sheets.
- Responsible of secretarial compliance required to be done by RP (in case we provide them support of the same).
- To conduct IBC process, Follow ups with Insolvency Professionals, /Liquidator/ IPEs.
- Responsible for IBC compliance, if any, required to be done by Intec Capital.
- To update the team about day to day development in IBC rules and functions.
- To attend the CoC meetings of Corporate Insolvency Resolutions Process and Personal Guarantor Insolvency.
- Filling of claim in CIRP, and PIRP.
- Financial analysis of cases and updating the same in relevant sheets. Initiation and keeping Track of all the pending bills and to ensure its timely payment to the respective Vendors/Lawyers/RPs etc.
- Initial verification of the facts and figures prepared by the lawyers (In house or External as the case may be) in Claim/Legal pleadings etc., and get it timely singed by the Authorized Signatory.
- Study and analysing of dues, calculation sheets prepared by finance and give a proper brief to the HoD and Co-ordination with team members for timely ensuring their KRAs.
- Study the Minutes of CoC and give proper feedback/inputs to the HoD.
- List out the actions required to be done after each CoC meeting/Stakeholders meeting.
- To support the team as and when required
- Miscellaneous works
- Visit to RP Office/Lawyer's Office, as and when required.
- Working on NCLT/NCLAT related matters, resolutions plan and good knowledge on section-7,9 & 10.
- 0-3 years of experience with Resolution Professionals/Liquidator/IPE's Firms (insolvency law).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent qualification; LLB preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of IBC codes, NCLT procedures, COC processes, CIRP guidelines, ITR filing requirements.
- Proficiency in English and preparing financial documents studies using software such as IPE firms' tools.
