We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, transferring them to appropriate team members or taking detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and client meetings.
- Capture and update client and project information in CRM and other systems.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
