**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide information about Southern Gourmet Bites products and services to visitors.
- Assist with event coordination and hospitality arrangements as required.
- Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi, both verbal and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., fax, printer, phone systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
