
Front Office Executive

**1. Reception and Customer Service**
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer queries and provide accurate information to clients and guests.
**2. Administrative Support**
- Maintain the front desk and reception area in a neat and organized manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Maintain records, files, and databases as needed.
**3. Communication and Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between departments or with external clients/vendors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and functional front office.
- Support HR or administrative teams in onboarding processes (e.g., guiding new employees).
**4. Security and Compliance**
- Monitor visitor access and issue visitor badges.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing visitors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, especially concerning security and confidentiality.
**5. Facility and Inventory Management**
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
**6. Event and Meeting Assistance**
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Prepare meeting rooms, including arranging equipment, refreshments, and seating.
**Skills and Qualities Required**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and front-desk software.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
