**Job Purpose**

The Sales Associate’s core responsibility is to sell hotel, resort, and villa inventory at a profitable margin, acting as an all-rounder who bridges guests, partner hoteliers, and internal teams. This requires a blend of hospitality expertise, commercial skills, and professional communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell partner properties (hotels, resorts, villas) through direct and indirect channels, ensuring profitable margins for the company.
- Communicate value propositions to both guests and hoteliers in hospitality-specific terminology.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, and B2C guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property partners, understanding their needs, offerings, and expectations.
- Conduct follow-ups with hoteliers to manage and update inventory, ensure rate parity, and address concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, revenue management) to optimize promotion and distribution.
- Collect guest feedback and relay actionable insights to improve service or resolve partner issues.
- Track sales performance using CRM tools and report on targets, conversion rates, and profit margins.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
