**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
4. Provide excellent customer service
5. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records
6. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum 06 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry/sector relevant to the company].
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
**Skills**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
