Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Assist customers by providing information about products or services, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales goals by actively selling products and services through various channels.

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new leads, introduce products or services, and set up meetings or presentations.

Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and track potential leads through the sales pipeline.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and monitor the progress of sales opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve shared sales goals and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and cold calling outcomes.

Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Experience using CRM software or similar sales tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
