**Responsibilities**:
- Handle many inbound and outbound calls to guest.
- Identify the needs of guest, resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure you follow the guest service script provided by the company for uniformity.
- Maintain good relations with guests.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the guest and analyze the data.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and guest queries.
**Requirements**:
- 12+ or any degree is preferred.
- Prior experience with guest service/telesales and call centres in relevant job roles.
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
