**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and laboratories, to offer bio-medical waste management services.
- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Develop a pipeline of prospective customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and business visits.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Negotiation & Agreement Closure**: Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize service agreements with clients.
- **Compliance Awareness**: Educate clients about bio-medical waste management regulations and ensure their adherence to compliance standards.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to streamline service delivery and enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in waste management, healthcare, or environmental services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of **bio-medical waste regulations and compliance** is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
