**MAGENTA FINANCE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED** (MFSPL) based in New Delhi, focuses on providing financial support to women from rural and semi-urban areas who are not able to access traditional banking systems. Our mission is to empower these women by offering them the necessary financial services and support.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at MAGENTA FINANCE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (MFSPL) in New Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing compliance with NBFC regulations. The role requires a strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze and solve branch disbursement queries.

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Maintain Branch cash book on daily basis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for branches inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of lenders account, transactions, and payment schedules.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on overdue payments and recovery processes.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complies with NBFC regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance.

**Qualifications**
- Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial services and products.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in the microfinance sector is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
