**INTRODUCTION**
PropChk is a startup in the home inspection space with pan India operations. Unlike the West, the concept of Home Inspection is fairly nascent in India. At present this is a Greenfield opportunity with almost zero competition. We wish to capitalize on this opportunity by establishing ourselves as thought leaders in this space.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
Position : Inside Sales Executive
Location : Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday-off)
No. of Openings : 2

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a competent and trustworthy Outbound Sales Specialist to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering new projects, pursuing new sales prospects, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Home Inspection services
- Developing in-depth knowledge of PropChk’s various service offerings to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Educate prospective customers on benefits of Home Inspection
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well
