**Job Summary**

We are currently looking for an Account cum Admin Executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in market. The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitor threats within our customer base, and ensuring official needs & satisfaction. The account executive will be a proactive member of our operation team to identifying growth opportunities for clients before a need or gap has been stated. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take our company confidently into the future.

**Responsibilities**

1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with the clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.

2. Maintain all the Accounts & Admin requirements.

3. Coordinate with the internal and external team members to expedite workflow.

4. Manage communications between upper management and the employees.

5. Stay connected with the company offerings and industry trends.

6. Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

7. Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.

8. Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities, as compile and analyze data to identify trends.

9. Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects

10. Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking.

11. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.

12. Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.

**Requirements & Skills**

1. Min 1 or 2 years of experience in Accounts and Administrative role reporting directly to upper management.

2. Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.

3. Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.

4. Proficiency with Tally ERP software and an aptitude for learning new systems.

5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects if required.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related.

2. Proficiency using Tally ERP, MS Office, Accounting or Administrative Software, Windows XP or others.

3. Experience overseeing budgets and expenses.

4. Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
