**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Culinary Leadership**: Oversee all culinary operations for the restaurant, with a primary focus on modern Indian cuisine and a secondary focus on Continental and Italian offerings.
- **Menu Development**: Design and develop an innovative, seasonal menu that highlights the unique flavors of modern Indian cuisine, while incorporating elements of Continental and Italian dishes to appeal to a broad range of guests.
- **Guest Experience**: Create a memorable dining experience with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor, tailored to the preferences of a fine dining clientele.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, portion control, and quality assurance, ensuring that high standards are consistently met.
- **Team Development**: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment that promotes culinary excellence and team morale.
- **Business Driven Approach**: Leverage culinary creativity to drive business growth, implementing strategies that increase guest satisfaction, optimize food costs, and enhance revenue.
- **Quality & Consistency**: Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes served, ensuring that each guest experience is exceptional.
- **Cost Control**: Manage food costs and inventory efficiently to meet financial targets, monitoring expenses while maintaining quality and standards.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices, ensuring full compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant setting, with specific expertise in modern Indian cuisine; knowledge of Continental and Italian cuisines is also essential.
- **Culinary Skills**: Strong culinary skills in creating and executing innovative, high-quality dishes in modern Indian cuisine, with versatility in other cuisines.
- **Business Acumen**: Proven ability to drive business growth through menu innovation, cost management, and strategic planning.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a kitchen team, with strong people management skills and a commitment to training and development.
- **Guest-Centric Focus**: Ability to create exceptional dining experiences by understanding guest preferences and consistently exceeding expectations.
- **Adaptability**: Flexible, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Culinary Education**: A degree or diploma from a reputable culinary school is preferred.
- **Culinary Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing examples of previous work in modern Indian and multi-cuisine culinary creations is highly desirable.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary Package**: Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 80,000 gross per month (based on experience and qualifications).
