**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction and Support**:

- Greet guests as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes (in hotels) or reservations (in restaurants).
- Address and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide information about the restaurant or hotel, including menu offerings, room amenities, services, and facilities.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and take action to address any issues.
- **Guest Feedback and Follow-Up**:

- Solicit feedback from guests regarding their experience and satisfaction.
- Record and report guest complaints, compliments, and suggestions to management.
- Follow up with guests after their visit to ensure continued satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- **Reservation and Booking Management**:

- Manage guest reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and prompt confirmations.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., kitchen, housekeeping) to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Handle any changes, cancellations, or special requests related to reservations.
- **Personalized Service**:

- Create personalized experiences for guests, remembering preferences and special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
- Maintain guest profiles and loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience and promote repeat business.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure special requests are fulfilled (e.g., room upgrades, dietary needs).
- **Coordination with Management and Staff**:

- Work closely with restaurant or hotel management to ensure guest needs and expectations are met.
- Communicate guest feedback and suggestions to improve service and guest experience.
- Assist with coordinating events, special promotions, or VIP services.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and feedback.
- Prepare and manage reports related to guest satisfaction, reservations, and service metrics.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including check-in/check-out paperwork and invoicing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
