**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our

leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.

**Responsibilities**

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and market share goals.

Set sales targets and develop sales strategies

Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to the sales team

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Foster a collaborative and motivated environment.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales tactics

accordingly.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the

buying/selling process.

Track and report on team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

**Requirements and skills**

Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in residential real estate or a related field.

Strong knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.

Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
