1) Make a price list of all spares of all furnaces. (Spare parts, assembly,
lining, fabrications, Service charges, etc.)
2) Make an album of all spare parts
3) Update the list per year.
4) Take a permission from plant head of New year price list
5) Fix discount structure with all customers.

Spare parts
quotation

1) Send spare parts quotations as per inquiry. With all terms & conditions
like,

Spare PO A)

1) After getting the PO, check properly, like Rate, Transport, Packing &
forwarding, Payment, any special remarks etc.
2) Make a sales order
3) After making sales order, if material is in stock inform to Store & account
department.
4) If material is not is stock, make an indent & handover to Purchase
department.
5) Take follow up with Purchase for releasing the PO.
6) After releasing the PO take follow up with Suppler.
7) Try to make material ready at suppliers.
8) Inform to Purchase for collect the same.
9) After receiving the material from suppliers, take follow up with Quality
for checking.
10) After checking the material from quality, take follow up with store for
packing properly.
11) After packing take follow up with Purchase for sending the material to
Transporter / courier company.
12) If material size is not suitable for courier, send material details to
Transporter & take a transport quotation, send to Customer, take a
confirmation from him in writing & then inform to Purchase
