**Reports To: - HOD**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, movement, and discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- **Procurement Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality spare parts at competitive prices.
- Monitor lead times and ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer and internal orders for spare parts.
- Ensure accuracy in order documentation, invoicing, and delivery.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers in identifying and selecting appropriate spare parts.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support when needed.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on stock status, consumption trends, and supplier performance.
- Analyze data to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to spare parts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in spare parts management, procurement, or logistics is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
