Our client, a Software Consulting company providing services in the Blockchain, IoT, and AI domain, is looking for a JIRA Administrator with 5-7+ Yrs exp. Kindly find the details below:
**Job description**:

- Administer Jira Software and Service Management instances in Jira Cloud.
- Customize workflows and processes to meet organizational needs.
- Manage custom fields and add-ons, including Elements Connect.
- Create filters, dashboards, and reports for project tracking and monitoring.
- Utilize Jira Cloud API for reporting, alert management, and process automation.
- Ensure data hygiene and automation in asset management by ingesting and scanning inputs.
- Maintain accurate asset information using Jira Assets and CMDB Management.
- Implement automation workflows in Atlassian Ops Genie for alerts and escalations.
- Ensure optimal performance and security through regular maintenance of Jira Cloud instances.
- Provide Linux administration support, including disk management, volume mounting, scripting, permissions, and package management.

Jira Cloud Experience with Jira Software and Service Management Experience
- Creating Custom Workflows and implementing Business processes
- creating and managing custom fields
- Add on management particularly with Elements Connect o Creating filters, building dashboards and custom reports

Working Knowledge of Jira Cloud API
- Creating reports using API
- Managing alerts through API

Working Knowledge of Jira Assets and CMDB Management
- Ingesting, Scanning of asset input
- Automation and Data Hygiene

Working Knowledge of Atlassian Ops Genie
- Creating Automation Workflow for alerting
- Managing Escalation workflows
- General Hygiene and updates

**Secondary Skills**:
General OLE linux administration
- Managing Disk and volume space
- Mounting Volumes
- Task\Scripting automation
- Managing Permissions and access
- Installing and updating packages
