- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in JIRA.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or JavaScript for automating tasks in JIRA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- JIRA Administrator certification (optional but preferred).
