**Description**:
**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in software implementation, systems integration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have strong knowledge of shipping domain.

**How you will contribute**:

- As a Jira Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and support of our Jira Cloud instances.
- Setup projects, Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and roles within Jira Cloud. Perform system configuration and customization according to organizational requirements.
- Configure and maintain Jira Cloud projects, workflows, screens, fields, issue types, and schemes. Implement best practices for project configuration and optimization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Jira Cloud users. Address user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with other support teams as needed.
- Implement automation rules, triggers, and scripts using Jira Cloud’s built-in automation features and a plugin “Jira Misc Workflow Extensions”.
- Monitor the performance and health of Jira Cloud instances.
- Document configuration changes, system architecture, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on Jira Cloud capabilities and usage.
- Strong knowledge on JIRA software and Jira Service Management configurations.
- Strong understanding on the issue security schemes and organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience with Jira integrations, automation, and scripting.
