Via these academies, we have created a one-stop solution for all co-scholastic education that caters to the skill sets required for the jobs of tomorrow. We are successfully working with more than 150 schools across India training more than 100,000 students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a comprehensive Western music curriculum for beginners to advanced learners.
- Design lesson plans that cover music techniques, breath control, pitch training, stage presence, and musical expression.
- Conduct teacher training sessions to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Collaborate with instructors and music professionals to maintain high-quality training standards.
- Research and incorporate modern training methodologies and digital tools into the curriculum.
- Evaluate student progress and refine the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s (preferred) degree in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field.
- Certification from recognized institutions (ABRSM, Trinity, Berklee, or similar).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Western vocal music or vocal pedagogy in schools.
- Strong understanding of vocal techniques, breath control, diction, music theory, performance practices, and articulation.
- Familiarity with different vocal styles (e.g., classical, jazz, pop, musical theatre).
- Experience in curriculum design and educational pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

- Involves occasional travel for workshops, quality control and teacher training.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹530,000.00 per year
