We are hiring for a dynamic **Carnatic Music Specialist**to join our Academic Team**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Course/Category Management**:

- **Create & Optimize Course Content**: Develop and refine lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources (PDFs, videos, audio) to ensure a high-quality, engaging experience for students.
- **Innovative Teaching Strategies**: Design creative, student-centric lesson delivery methods to enhance learning and retention.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct lesson audits, analyze course effectiveness, and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve educational practices

**2) Creative Engagement & Event Coordination**:

- **Student Engagement**: Lead and execute innovative activities that foster student participation, collaboration, and deeper learning.
- **Event Management**: Liaise with stakeholders to organize and coordinate courses, showcases, and masterclasses that align with institutional goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Music (Master's Preferred)
- Experience in course design, content creation, and learning resource development.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical principles and diverse learning styles.
- Creative thinker with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
