Role Overview: We are seeking a Music Coordinator with expertise in Western Vocals, Piano, and Guitar who can design, implement, and elevate structured vocal music programs across multiple school levels. The role involves curriculum development, teacher training, student engagement, and event collaborations, ensuring global music education standards are met while making learning fun and inspiring. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design a progressive curriculum covering vocals, piano, and guitar, covering technique, theory, repertoire building, and performance readiness. Grade-wise Planning: Create age-appropriate lesson plans and assessments for Early Years, Primary, Middle, and High School students. Performance Integration: Collaborate with schools to organise student showcases, productions, festivals, and competitions. Teacher Enablement: Conduct workshops and training sessions to support educators in effective delivery. Innovation: Stay updated with evolving trends in Western vocals and instruments and integrate modern pedagogy, technology, and cross-genre exposure. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master's in Music, Vocal Performance, or Music Education. Certifications from recognised institutions (ABRSM, Trinity, Berklee, etc.). Minimum 5 years experience in Western vocal pedagogy, preferably in schools or youth programs. Strong grasp of vocal techniques, piano/guitar methods, ear training, sight singing, and performance practices. Exposure to multiple vocal styles (Classical, Jazz, Pop, Musical Theatre). Demonstrated experience in curriculum design. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
