We are seeking a passionate, driven, and creative Brand Manager to join our Amazon Music India Marketing team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action. The Brand Manager will work closely with senior brand leaders to bring to life brand and cultural marketing campaigns that build awareness, shape perception, and drive adoption of Amazon Music in India.

They will be at the forefront of executing brand strategies, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns land with impact across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable hustling in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, OOH, on-ground partnerships) from brief to launch in collaboration with brand leads.
- Drive brand & cultural marketing campaigns around artists, podcasts, music festivals, partnerships, merch drops, and live streams.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, production vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals across global and local stakeholders.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table that push boundaries and resonate with India's music-loving audiences.
- Stay on top of music, pop culture, and digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns relevant and engaging.

Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience working with agencies (creative, media, social, production) and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to earn trust quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in brand, content, or marketing roles, ideally in music, youth culture, media, or consumer brands.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable measuring campaign success and iterating based on results.
- Creative instincts with an eye for high-quality storytelling and content.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and gets things done.
