**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Music Production Manager to oversee the
quality control of our music production process, manage in-house and freelance music
producers, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audio/music projects. The ideal
coordination, and team management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality Control: Ensure music producer deliverables meet company and client
standards. Conduct thorough analysis of audio processing to identify areas for
improvement and enhance quality.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects, balancing client needs, creative vision, and
timelines. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Managing Music Producers: Supervise music producers, offer guidance and assign
projects based on strengths and workload, ensuring smooth production process.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources to enhance productivity and meet
project deadlines. Liaise with external vendors to complement in-house production
capabilities as required.
- Continuous Improvement: Remain abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies,
and best practices in music production and quality assurance. Continuously refine
workflows, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency and elevate quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in music production and quality control, with a strong portfolio
demonstrating expertise in audio/music processing.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and
motivate a team of music producers.
- Knowledge of music theory, composition, and sound design principles.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality music/audio experiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client preferences.
- Previous experience in a similar role or music production studio environment is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
