While the YME cluster has a very active and engaged user base on OTT and Social Media platforms, the business has already pivoted towards being future-ready, with digital-first brands like Fully Faltoo and KaanPhod Music. In a nutshell, the YME Cluster is a lean, agile, modular and consumer-focused team creating platform-agnostic content for the Indian youth.

We are looking for a driven and creative Content Growth and Monetization (YT,FB,Snap) Specialist who will be responsible for developing strategies to grow our presence and monetize content on Facebook and Snapchat.

**What will you do?**:

- Manage the production and editing of short-form content from ideation to final delivery.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software to create captivating videos.
- Write compelling and effective scripts for short-format content.
- Oversee the post-production process, including audio mixing, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with teams to meet multiple deadlines while managing various projects.
- Ensure the highest quality of content with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience as a Producer-Editor in a fast-paced media production environment, with a focus on short-format content.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with other relevant software, such as After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Thorough understanding of the post-production workflow, from editing to final delivery.
- Ability to write engaging and impactful short-format scripts.
- Proficiency in audio mixing, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience in handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and a passion for producing top-quality content.
- Experience working with social media platforms and staying current with content trends.
- Knowledge of additional software, particularly After Effects, for motion graphics.
- Familiarity with audio post-production and color correction software.
