Tech Mahindra is hiring **Customer Support Associates** for a **non-voice chat process** supporting our prestigious **AT&T telecom client**. If you have experience in international customer service, chat support, and upselling, and are looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with telecom services, billing, and troubleshooting inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Minimum 6 months of experience** in a **non-voice/chat process**.
- Prior experience with **international customer support** is **mandatory**.
- **Telecom process background** (preferably AT&T or similar).
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Proven **upselling capabilities** within a support environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Immediate joiners only - **must be available to join before 10th June 2025**.
