**Job Summary**: A Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer support and administrative support. This role involves providing administrative support such as acknowledging customer orders, collate & distribute customer facing documents, creating functional reports, maintaining customer records, and ensuring customer satisfaction
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Support Customer Support team by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Acknowledge and confirm customer orders promptly.
- Investigating if there is enough information to respond to customer queries
- Ensure timely submission of project documents for customer review and approval as and when appropriate
- Generate customer support reports and activities regularly or on need basis
- Provide periodic order status reports (as required) to customer and resolve execution concerns if any
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
- Coordinate with customer and internal teams to plan and arrange inspection, if applicable
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer using the right methods/tools
- Support in meeting customer support team sales targets and handle day-to-day activities.
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Following internal procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform any other task as deemed appropriate for Customer Support function by the line manager
**Who You Are**:
You focus on creating an effective collaborative style, create a plan and outline for various audiences, stay aligned with your goals and stay productive, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships.
**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Computer skills - MS Office suite and Adobe
- Knowledge about basic commercial data included in customer PO will be an advantage
- Basic skillset to understand the products sold by the company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a supportive attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in related a field
- Prior Emerson experience
- Knowledge of Fisher products
- Proficient English and Hindi
- Working knowledge on ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
