**Summary**:
Drive telesales activities, achieve sales targets in the Finance industry, and build client relationships through effective communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients in the Finance industry.
- Presenting and promoting financial products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication.
- Achieving sales goals and proactively identifying upselling opportunities.
- Developing a strong understanding of financial products and industry trends.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborating with team members, sharing insights, and participating in training sessions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-6 years in Telesales within the Finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with financial products and market trends.

**Location Specifics**:

- This position is based in Guindy, Chennai.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
