**Job Description for Customer Service Associate -**
Chess Gaja founded by GrandMaster Priyadharshan Kannappan is seeking a passionate and energetic person to join our team as a **Customer Service Associate for our role with a shift timing starting from 2:00 PM to 11:00PM**

**This is an entry level role for freshers with no experience/previous internship experience**
- **This is a generalist role where you will be regularly interacting and coordinating with leads and customers.**_

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Hunger to Learn new things and technologies
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining CRM database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets

**You Have**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets

**Role Details**

**Work Location - Hybrid**

**Working Hours - 6 work days in a week**

**Work Starting time - 2PM to 11PM Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday is weekly day off)**

**Mandatory Language Fluency - English**

**The role has a 3 month probation period at the start before you become full time and during probation you will be in our regular timing shift**

**Job Type - Full Time**

**Salary Range - INR 16,000 to 18,000 **(Our compensation structure will have a yearly retention bonus variable included in it)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
