Kriti Provides free computer literacy training to school going children and young adults living in Hyderabad. Under these projects, Kriti has been running computer classes in many government schools in Hyderabad and independent centers in Shaikpet and Secunderabad.

We are looking for a computer coordinator who will work with the all the trainers in this program and ensure quality education is being imparted.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Please see below the roles and responsibilities for the position:

- Liaise with the schools where the centres are located to ensure that a proper timetable is set up for the children and that the timetable is being followed
- Monitor the training delivery at the centre to ensure that the curriculum is being delivered as per plan and work with teachers to improve teaching effectiveness
- Coordinate with the teachers to share teaching best practices, monitor student attendance, ensure that lesson plans and teaching aids are available at the centres
- Monitoring and reporting on the program including student attendance, curriculum delivery, assessments, and student performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
- For the independent centres, work on strategies to improve enrolment and good student learning outcomes
- Monitor the use of hardware set up at all the centres and ensure that Kriti hardware and infrastructure is maintained well and in good condition
- Develop case studies and visual documentation for impact assessment of the program.
- Work with Kriti team to develop fundraising proposals and identify new locations to scale up the program.
- Identify and work with other organizations to enable better courses are available for the students
- Actively assist in building curriculum for the various courses.
- Run the summer camp program during month of May in 2-3 schools

Our Requirements:

- Graduates with around 5+ years experience in program management.
- Computer technical skills and teaching experience are a plus
- Ability to liaise and work with multiple stakeholders to effectively run the program
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi
- Good writing skills for preparing reports on the program

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
