We are looking for a highly motivated associates to join our fast-paced company. As a Expert Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting industry experts from various sources, including public and private databases as well as professional networks. You will be working on projects that require quick turnaround times and require you to work under tight deadlines.

**What You’ll Do**
- Research and identify industry experts for various projects
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential experts and build a pipeline
- Conduct in-depth and informed conversations with experts, assess their expertise and vet their suitability for projects by learning about their professional background, and knowledge of industry developments and trends.
- Work closely with your project team, using informed judgment to match the best-suited experts to each client request and make recommendations to clients as a team.
- Explain the project requirements and negotiate expert rates
- Manage the expert's consultation experience from start to finish, including scheduling calls and follow-ups
- Manage communication with experts, including addressing any concerns or issues that arise with professionalism and empathy

**What Expertise You’ll Add To The Team**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Open for freshers
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, customer service, outbound BPO, or sales development roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
