**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**

**Location**: Noida

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 CTC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality
- Identify and report recurring issues to management for further action
- Assist in the development of customer support processes and documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., e-commerce, technology) is a plus
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
