**Job Description: Shop Front Desk Associate**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Front Desk Associate. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the shop and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases.
- Handle customer transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems.
- Coordinate with the factory manager for dry cleaning services and ensure timely processing of customer orders.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop front desk area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work the designated shift timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,978.85 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
