**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to connect with customers, promote products, and drive sales while providing outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote products effectively to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.
- Handle objections confidently and close sales with excellent convincing skills.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Create sales reports and track performance using Excel.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or tele calling (preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and proficient in Excel and technology tools.
