
Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
- Promote products/services and upsell when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call volume, customer satisfaction).
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Up to 3 years of experience in outbound calling or customer service.
- **Fluent in Gujarati** (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and databases.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
